How do we choose our theme?

I often get messages asking about cake smash photo shoots and exactly what type of set-up they might get…

Well, the answer to that is – ANYTHING at all that you’d like.

I do have a lovely range of pre-designed backdrops as you can see below, but generally, a cake smash photoshoot is whatever you would like and I work with your ideas and wishes to create something unique for your baby.

I always add a little extra to the pre-designed backdrops too, to really make them appear 3D and also to personalise them a bit just for you, so you’d never know the difference, these backdrops by Graceland Designs are SO, so realistic and photograph beautifully!

Have a little look below to get some ideas. The plain ones at the bottom can be decorated in any way. Some people ask for flowers in pots, custom-made balloon garlands, pom poms, woodland plants or animals, jungle etc but each provides a different tone and feel to the images. The most popular being the beige rustic wood and the white backdrop with white planks on the floor, but the possibilities are limitless.
